Delivery Method
Home delivery is by ground shipping to arrive between 4-6 weeks from confirmation of order in most areas. Upholstered Headboards, Drapery's, Custom Cushions & Painted Canvases are all considered custom order. Custom order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by gillan INTERIORS and cannot be refunded. 
 
Ground Shipping - Delivery Times
Most items are proudly made in Canada & shipped throughout Canada. Order/delivery times - for cushions 1-4 weeks, headboards 4-6 weeks, Painted Canvases 4-6 weeks & draperies 4-6weeks. Gift Certificates 1-2 weeks through Canada Post.  Rush delivery only available for gift certificates.  

Pick up Option
Goods can also be picked up by appointment from gillan INTERIORS main office in Rockwood Ontario.
 
Gift Certificates
gillan INTERIORS offers gift certificates for products and services in denominations of, $25, $50, $75, $100, $250 & $500.
Standard Delivery is free, for Next Day Delivery a $10.00 charge will apply, for 2nd Day Delivery a $5.00 charge will apply .
 
Samples
Fabric samples are available for custom draperies, custom headboards & custom cushions only. These samples are limited to 5 & currently offered free of charge to clients who are considering making a purchase.
 
Taxes
Additional Tax charges will be applied to your order noting all applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rates based upon the location to which the order is being shipped. All provinces except British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland have 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) added to all orders. The following provinces have PST (Provincial Sales Tax) added to all orders: Saskatchewan (5% PST), Manitoba (7% PST) and Prince Edward Island (10% PST). British Columbia has 12% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland have 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Quebec has 7.5% QST (Quebec Sales Tax) added to all orders.
 
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard or American Express via paypal. Orders placed via website or email. Full payment for all products, tax's & shipping required upon order. Full confirmation details will be confirmed within 12-24 hours, any errors or cancelations must be highlighted within 24hrs upon receival of confirmation. A subsequent email(s) will be sent when your product ships, including tracking information. 

Availability
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product information. In the event that a product's availability changes, or becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email or mail.
 
Return & Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders
Upholstered Headboards, Drapery's, Custom Cushions & Painted Canvases are all considered custom order.

Customers will have 24 hours from confirmation of custom orders to cancel. After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by gillan INTERIORS and cannot be refunded.
 
Return & Cancellation Policy for Non-Custom Orders
All other products may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 10 days of delivery, a 25% re-stocking charge will apply. After 10 days of delivery all items are non-returnable. 
 
Damaged or Defective Goods
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment, only damaged or defective items that have been reported to gillan INTERIORS within 48hrs of delivery will be returnable.
Please contact gillan INTERIORS immediately, all returns must be discussed, cleared & arranged by gillan INTERIORS.
